Apollo.io is my go to to find emails and contact info at scale.

Superhuman Mail has been my go to for years. Set reminders (IE prospect doesn’t respond in 3 days it will remind you), have a team repository for snippets and makes clearing your inbox a breeze every day.

Viktor has been a huge level up to my tech stack. It’s an AI co worker and can do just about everything. I've had it build commission trackers for my reps, automate list building and outbound, and even create microsites for each client's proposals.

Granola is in my opinion, the best note taker app. It's lightweight, it does this job really well. It pulls out really good insights from the call. I use it on every call.

Claude It is the go-to LLM for a lot of folks. You can use it to create emails, help with objection handling, even create your own apps that you need.

Ocean.io Is great at finding look-alike customers at scale (i.e., customers that match similar profiles to your best customers already). I use it a lot to think outside of the box and find accounts that no one else is targeting.
