Your AI tools forget who you sell to every time you open a new chat. This week's play fixes that with one document. Plus monday.com's voice agent and a private sales agent for security teams. There's also a free tool that finds buyers by evidence.
THE SIGNAL
monday.com Launches a Voice Agent That Runs the Call
monday.com launched Harmony on October 19 as a voice agent for enterprise sales teams. It handles prospecting and discovery calls and hands warm transfers to a live rep with a briefing. The company claims a contact rate of up to 70% and replies in about 200 milliseconds. It's available for mid-market and enterprise teams in four countries. Those figures come from monday.com so test it on your own list before you believe them.
ASPR Keeps Sales Agents Inside Your Own Cloud
Sales AI often stalls in security review because deal notes leave the company network. ASPR AI launched Private Sales Agent Studio on October 23. Its agents run in the customer's cloud on the model security already approved. Audit logs stream to the customer's own systems. If legal keeps blocking your AI pilot this is the pitch to bring them.
Different Raises $48M to Run Demand Gen With AI
Different came out of stealth on October 20 with a $48M seed round led by General Catalyst. Ajeet Singh of ThoughtSpot and Nutanix founded it. Marketers set the strategy and the system builds and runs the campaigns. Expect more pressure on lean marketing teams to do the work of many. Your pipeline sources are changing too.
TOGETHER WITH LOVABLE
Nobody's coming to approve your idea
People assume that real businesses get built by other people with more resources. It's how great ideas get stuck in notes apps and conversations.
But you don't need six months and a developer's salary to validate your concept. You just need a weekend. Describe what you want to exist and Lovable builds it: a real site, a real product, ready to accept real payments from real customers. Not a mockup to show people. An actual thing they can use.
You don't need anyone's sign-off to get started. Take $5 off your first month.
Discount of $5 applies to first month of any paid plan. You need to sign up via this webpage in order to claim the discount. The discount applies to new and returning users without an active paid plan. Terms apply.
THE PLAY
The GTM Brain

Every AI tool starts blank. You re-explain your buyer each time and the output sounds generic. Wen Hsu of Beeze AI shared a fix on LinkedIn that he says booked 28 meetings in 5 days. That result is his own claim. The setup is worth stealing. Build one document your AI reads first:
1. Interview: ask Claude to quiz you one question at a time.
2. Fill eight parts: keywords and ICP and personas and competitors and positioning and voice and plays and objections.
3. Connect: save it as a Claude Project or plug it in through MCP.
4. Chat: ask for prospects then a first message under 75 words.
THE PROMPT: “Interview me one question at a time to build my GTM Brain. Cover keywords and ICP and personas and competitors and positioning and voice and plays and objections. When we finish give me one document I can paste before every task.”
Block 20 minutes and build yours today.
THE UPGRADE
Causo: Find Buyers Your ZoomInfo Filters Miss
What it replaces: Causo is a prospecting tool that works from a description instead of filters. You type who you want and it researches public sources. It shows the evidence behind each match. It launched on Product Hunt on October 22.
Set it up in 2 minutes: sign up on the free plan (50 tokens and no card) and paste your GTM Brain ICP. Ask for companies with a specific problem then ask for the proof. It also runs inside Claude and ChatGPT through MCP.
Heads up: each match or verified contact costs a token. The free tier covers about 50 actions once. Paid plans start at $19 a month for 100 tokens.
RAPID FIRE
Needle lets you prompt Claude or ChatGPT to find leads and message them on LinkedIn or email. It hit number 3 on Product Hunt this week.
Monaco is an AI-native CRM that builds your market list and runs outbound. It pairs each customer with a sales exec for setup.
Tough Tongue AI runs voice roleplay for cold calls and objections. You can build a buyer from your own call recordings.
AskDoozy is an AI coworker in Slack. Ask for a churn report and it pulls from your tools and returns a sheet.
SIDE INCOME IDEA
Build a Directory for One Specific Buyer
I built the Scottsdale Scoop business directory with Viktor, which also runs my prospecting.
My directory logged 611 visits and 1,292 pageviews from 9/29 through 10/26. That's 21% more visits and 56% more pageviews than the previous 28 days. Small numbers but they're moving in the right direction.
If I were starting from scratch I'd pick one buyer with a specific search. Like parents looking for summer camps or office managers booking team outings.
Start small: find 20 options and ask AI to organize location, price, availability and who each option suits. Verify the details against each business's own site.
Test the money: once people use it ask a relevant business about a clearly labeled sponsored spot. That's a revenue model to test rather than guaranteed income.
Takeaway: the useful part isn't the list. It's saving one kind of buyer an hour of research. AI helps with the build but choosing the problem is your job.
